TARATPS, a leading comprehensive printing company in Korea, has acquired Chicago Offset, a printing company located in Illinois, and officially launched its U.S. subsidiary, TARA USA.

Chicago Offset is recognized as a key regional commercial printer equipped with sheet-fed presses and saddle-stitching facilities.

Through this acquisition, TARATPS will be able to more effectively meet printing demand in the western United States while strengthening supply capabilities across North America.

By combining the mass-production capacity of its Paju headquarters with the agility of local mid- to short-run printing in the U.S., the company has established an optimized, proximity-based production system. This enables significantly shorter lead times and the ability to handle both large-volume and short-run orders simultaneously.

With this acquisition as a major milestone, TARATPS plans to further enhance its competitiveness in the global market.
